• The UNCG Board of Trustees holds a grievance hearing in closed session in the third floor conference room at 303 Mossman at 11 a.m. The agenda lists a “personnel action item” referencing “head coach, athletics.”

• Students, faculty and staff at Salem College rally against HB 2 and demand that the Winston-Salem college’s board of trustees take a stand against the law at noon in front of the Student Center, located at 601 S. Church St.

• The Equal Rights Alliance-North Carolina holds a formal launch announcement in DeTamble Auditorium on the campus of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem at 2:30 p.m., followed by a panel discussion at 3:30 p.m.
