On Wednesday evening, members of the Greensboro community gathered to grieve and reflect on the lives taken during the last few weeks due to gun violence in the city and to call for a ceasefire across the country in support of Black lives. Mayor Nancy Vaughan made an appearance as dozens of community members laid down candles and held balloons in honor of the victims. Photos by Todd Turner.
