Fast food workers, childcare laborers and other underpaid workers marched to Greensboro’s Municipal Plaza on Nov. 10 in an effort to raise the minimum wage to $15 and receive union recognition. The action was part of a nationwide strike, according to a press release. The strike is one of several strikes by fast-food workers to hit Greensboro in recent years as part of the campaign.
