This morning, 88.5 FM WFDD launched a new Dining Room series about Triad food. And Triad City Beat Associate Editor Eric Ginsburg is the inaugural interviewee.
“Morning Edition” host Neal Charnoff interviewed Ginsburg about the differences between the food scenes in each city, asking about the influence of Southern culture, international cuisine, local sourcing, and more.
The interview will air three times today. You can listen to it in full here.
The Dining Room series is ongoing, though not on a regular schedule yet, and there’s a chance Triad City Beat will be back to talk more about chow!
