Greensboro is about to get its first whiskey bar, possibly opening by the end of September.
Will Combs, the bar manager of 913 Whiskey Bar & Southern Kitchen, said construction is mostly finished at 913 S. Chapman St. General manager Matthew Medaloni confirmed that they hope to open by the end of next month.
913 Whiskey Bar will feature more than 90 whiskeys from around the world, as well as a kitchen and a cocktail menu.
The bar is next door to the Tasting Room and near the intersection with Spring Garden Street. Expect more information in Triad City Beat’s Barstool column around the time of the whiskey bar’s opening!
