When we interviewed the Triad’s eight head brewers about their favorite locally-brewed beers, only a couple brews were named repeatedly.
And only one came up in half of the interviews — the Jade IPA, from Foothills Brewing in Winston-Salem.
The beer, which first came out in early 2011 and was later released in 22-ounce bomber bottles, will soon be available in six packs, Foothills announced this morning. There’s no specific date set yet, but the sixers are scheduled to come out in early 2016, the company said.
Other local breweries have changes in the works — you can read about several of them here.
