Kevin Sylvester and Wilner Baptiste, better known as Black Violin, drew a rapturous response from a sold-out crowd at High Point Theatre for their fusion of classical and hip-hop last night. Sylvester and Baptiste plucked and bowed their instruments on this improvised freestyle piece, while DJ SPS worked the turntables and Nat Stokes got down on the drums.
