The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship, a business incubator in Greensboro, is trying to figure out what to do with a gigantic empty warehouse. The former steel mill on South Elm-Eugene Street could become many things — including a brewery incubator, artist space, commercial kitchen or offices — but only if the right combination coalesces before an offer to tear it down for free is set to expire.
