Queerlab will host its 2014 interest meeting about the organization’s work and its affiliated queer youth publication, I Don’t Do Boxes, tonight. The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Green Bean in Greensboro, but the Facebook page says the venue may change so check it first. [Disclosure: I volunteered as an editor for the first issue of I Don’t Do Boxes, which came out last summer].

Speaking of the arts: Convocation Cauldron, an art opening at Krankie’s Coffee in Winston-Salem, begins tonight at 7 p.m. The opening was rescheduled from Friday and includes works by Gaby Cardall, Laura Lashley, Chandra Noyes and Liz Simmons.
