Greensboro’s Mayor Nancy Vaughan will not seek re-election in 2025

On Tuesday evening at Greensboro’s city council meeting, Vaughan announced that after a “great deal of thought and prayer,” she’s decided that she won’t be running for mayor again after her term expires at the end of next year.
